Vision Building & Development Ltd was born out of a desire to build and create beautiful homes to the highest of standard. Tom cooke the company founder has over 20 years’ experience in the building and development industry. Tom is from a long line of builders where his passion grew and has over the years formed an inspirational team full of award winning craftsmanship that delivers only excellence as the only standard! As a company we have incredible working relations with our customers, architects and supply chains that are built on trust and honesty. In practice this means being inclusive, proactive, open and inspirational in the way we work as a company.
We undertake a wide range of building, development and construction projects. Our work includes new builds, renovations, conversions and other bespoke projects as well as smaller builds, including extensions and alterations to both commercial and residential projects.

We are very proud of our project management skills, and together with our tight team of employees, and close links with sub-contractors, architects and suppliers, we pride ourselves on delivering on our promises to the highest standards.
Training and health and safety
We take training seriously. All our employees are trained to the highest of standards in their professional vocations . Vision Building & Development are dedicated to a safe working environment for everyone, our employees and clients, together with members of the general public. All of our workforce are fully trained and competent in all aspects of construction. All site managers have been accredited with the CITB Site Safety Management Course, and have been trained in first aid.
